1. Visual Inspection:

2. Unique Asset Tag ID:
   Every device is assigned a unique internal asset tag. This allows for meticulous tracking throughout the entire refurbishment lifecycle, from initial testing to final dispatch. This detailed traceability is vital for quality assurance and efficient support
3. Power Up Test:
   A critical initial functionality check, the power-up test verifies that the core system components (CPU, RAM, basic I/O) are operational. We assess boot sequences and basic hardware responses to ensure the device is a viable candidate for our full refurbishing process.
4. Dust Containment:

5. Surface Cleaning:

Motherboard Diagnostics

As the central component of any laptop, the motherboard undergoes extensive diagnostic testing using advanced tools. Component Customization & Upgrades

To meet current performance standards or specific client needs, this stage includes tailored upgrades such as increased RAM, SSD installations for improved speed, or other component modifications. Component Diagnostics (All Peripherals)
